Simple tool to manage teams and priorities
What do you like best? I can prepare all my weekly 1 to 1s, and the autosave option is very useful, as I can add talking points during the week when I have new ideas or when I don't want to forget specific points. For my personal reviews with my manager, the scheduler reminds me when I have to complete and prepare my 1 to 1s, it's very useful. Globally, the tool is easy to use and intuitive, I didn't need any training to understand the flows and how it works What do you dislike? ...

It's the most efficient performance review tool I have used so far.
What do you like best? The best is definitely the UI and UX design. It's changed my judgment for such tool on the market. What do you dislike? There are still some extra clicks and steps to get to the information I need the most. And there is a bit confusion about setting up the personal goal and company goal, and how to tie them together. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking individual and company performance progress.

The Future is Now
What do you like best? Lattice allows me to publicly support my team as well as record our goals/acknowledgments. Lattice is a great way to boost morale which develops into a great company culture. Personally my only dislike is that I wish there was an easier way to view my companies org chart. I'm not sure if that ...

Lattice accomplishes what it sets out to do.
What do you like best? There is a 1<>1 functionality for weekly/monthly/yearly check-ins with your managers and direct reports that is an incredibly well-built tool. Keeping track of KPIs is easy across teams/departments. What do you dislike? The org chart is a bit clunky. When you go in to see it you have to expand out to where you want to be, and then if you go into a persons account, it will reset where you are in the org chart unfolding unless you open the profile in a ...

Best performance management interface I've used
What do you like best? Lattice's interface is seamless, user friendly, and intuitive. It has seamless integration with Slack, which has been instrumental in communicating with employees regarding upcoming action items to complete in Lattice. I also love the draft save feature on Lattice - other systems I've used cleared responses if they weren't submitted, which was a huge pain! What do you dislike? As a general user (i.e. not in HR) I would like to see more quantitative ...
