What do you like best? Lattice is easy to use and has a very friendly UI. What do you dislike? The mobile app still seems like work in progress. Recommendations to others considering the product: Its a great tool for SMBs & MM business to manage feedback. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My primary use case is completing peer reviews, but I also share peer feedback. Its quick and simple to use to top marks!

What do you like best? Lattice is very simple to use! Coming from the perspective of a startup, it is nice to have such a simple program that we can use throughout the year to submit praise to our co-workers and do our quarterly reviews. Organised, effective and helpful!

What do you like best? I like the structure. It is easy in use and gives you the possibility to make notes that will be visible to your line manager. The same applies for the 1:1 meetings. You can comment on points prior to the meeting. What do you dislike? I do not have any negative feedback for lattice.
