A great tool for providing feedback to colleagues.

What do you like best? I love the ease at which you can use this tool to create feedback for other members. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to locate and search for members. Recommendations to others considering the product: I can't think of anything further to add. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Lattice to give feedback to colleagues and complete our annual performance reviews.

Lattice is great and easy to use. We just started using the OKRs for our team. Love it!

What do you like best? UI + easy access. easy to access reviews and now will have okrs living in one place so. I like that it shows explore function and makes. In general, I like platforms that have everything in one place and are easy to use. which seems the case here. What do you dislike? not much. Measuring performance and engagement with ease!

What do you like best? Being fairly new to Lattice, I have very much enjoyed the ability to jot down all my material and re-arrange to develop a flow with an organized conversation when scheduled. The secondary things I like is the ability to schedule and adjust accordingly, alongside the integration with Slack to keep me om track with helpful reminders. What do you dislike? Excellent platform for reviews and feedback

What do you like best? I just completed my first management review. The prompts were extremely helpful, as well as the ability to see my teams' self-reviews. I love the way we can curate our culture and encourage each other with public feedback, and it always feels great when I receive some too. Layout is clear and intuitive. Lattice is amazing!

What do you like best? I like the ease of use the best. It is simple to navigate through the dashboard and find things and accomplish what I need. Very effective, to the point and no managerial jargons

What do you like best? The way this portal is modularized, it helps quickly identify goals which needs to updated. At the same time, updating goal is very easy and very less time taking.
