Keeping everyone informed

What do you like best? The update section has been very useful to keep my team informed on what I work on throughout the week. I have a work from home job and Lattice allows me to provide detailed information on what I accomplished during the week, plan to accomplish next week, request help I may need from other divisions, and any additional comments to be successful at my job. Easy to use for corporate feedback!

What do you like best? The platform is easy to use and catalogs your feedback over time. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind. The navigation can take a little getting used to perhaps. Great tool to keep up your performance!

What do you like best? Its really user friendly + the reminders are great to make sure you comply with your review. What do you dislike? So far nothing, it makes the weekly reviews super easy :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Now it is way easier to have the meetings after the reviews as the management and the team are aligned. This make it way more time efficient.

What do you like best? Lattice is an incredibly helpful program. It is linked to our Slack account and easy to access when writing reviews or providing feedback to team members across our organization.
