Love the feed

What do you like best? I like that Lattice captures feedback in each individual's feed. It's cool to click around and see teammates and past reviews they've gotten/where they've excelled. The public feed makes everyone more likely to share feedback! (But it's nice to have the option to also share private feedback, too.) What do you dislike? What do you like best? I especially enjoy how lattice gives you the option to track your goals and rate them based on the level of completion What do you dislike? I wish Lattice gave the option of interacting more with coworkers What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lattice Brought Me Round To Goal-Based Performance Management

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to track and update goals. I also think that the feedback feature is very useful to give peers and superiors alike private or public feedback about their work. What do you like best? Planning 1:1's! Really thoughtful way to begin meetings. What do you dislike? Wish it was easier to switch between planning 1:1's with various managers from the home page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This has really helped with creating thoughtful ways to begin meeting that are focused on specific topics.

It's simple and that's SO important.

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of it and how I can respond to my manager with how I'm feeling. What do you dislike? I haven't occurred any issues in regards to Lattice so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we are doing weekly check-ins with the manager, to share how the week has gone. And quarterly goals.

What do you like best? Managing tasks and alignment with company goals. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike to be very honest as it has all the proper functionality for employees and managers to work with. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
