What do you like best? 1) Lattice has a simple and easy to use interface that reduces the barriers to update and track goals for myself and the organization. 2) The simple meeting templates work wonders for the manager and employee. What do you like best? Nice and not overloaded UI, platform stability. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular, would be nice if there would be a way to setup goals and long term plans as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1-1 Meetings mainly.

Easy to Check-in and the app is choice

What do you like best? The app. I can do my weekly review in 3 minutes and on Monday my manager and I are ready for our 1:1. Easy UI with not too many bells and whistles. What do you dislike? Best Perf Management Platform of My Career

What do you like best? The platform is clean and succinct, and it looks like a modern platform. Most of the perf platforms I've used prior to lattice look decades old, have a ton of unused functionality (mostly excessive features), and are altogether clunky. Lattice makes manager and peer reviews easy

What do you like best? The interface. It's visually simple, uncluttered, personal, and relaxing. The interactions are smooth, efficient, and instill trust in me as a user. What do you dislike? Personal goals are a bit hard to define and manage, and therefore I have abstract goals that have been incomplete for almost two years. Maybe I'm not crafting them the right way? What do you like best? I like that it integrates with Slack so that I get reminders and notifications. I also like that it streamlines the review process. What do you like best? Lattice was recently introduced at our company and I found it tremendously helpful last quarter in staying on track with COMPANY and PERSONAL goals. It's a good weekly-checkin, keeps 1-1s productive and personal, and keeps you in line with the work you should be doing, rather than just staying "busy" at work. What do you dislike? Lattice is straightforward, consistent and keeps me organized

What do you like best? The 1:1 feature is my favorite. I keep my browser open and I add topics as they come to mind. If I am not able to get to a certain topic, then I can easily add to the following week's meeting. What do you dislike? Nothing really. However, I hope that one day we can essentially right-click from our email and there will be an option to 'add to lattice' so that way it is one less step to do. Lattice is Easy to Use

What do you like best? Lattice is easy to navigate. I work at home and Lattice Office Party game is customizable( being able to put a face to a name) and so fun! Also the 1:1 is able to suggest topics that were discussed in past and a way to follow up on them. What do you dislike?
