How Lattice works for me
What do you like best? I find the order of steps and helpful tips very useful in doing overall reviews on Lattice. What do you dislike? Lattice is a prior tool for managers and peers in writing reviews in our company, personally I see nothing that could be improved here. Keep up a good job! Great Product
What do you like best? Ease of use to swap between team members to view their updates. What do you dislike? None that I can think of off the top of my head! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have a very remote team so it's important to keep the lines of communication open and be able to organize everyone's updates.

What do you like best? The interface was simple, and it was clear what action I was to take to proceed to the next step. Nice, simple, elegant and effective
What do you like best? I've used Lattice in a couple of companies now and I love how nice and simple the product is. It's really intuitive and effective for both employees and managers to coordinate and manage the 360, check in and performance review cycles. What do you dislike? There's not really anything that I dislike about Lattice. I've enjoyed using it as an employee
What do you like best? I have really liked having an easy to use way to give my co-workers praise through feedback that their manager can later see. It's also great to receive it yourself. The Goal system is pretty nice. It can be inspiring to see the goals of others and also motivating. It's extremely flexible allowing all kinds of goals with different metrics and deadlines. Great tool to track updates & OKRs
What do you like best? Lattice is a good tool to setup OKR goals and team updates. What do you dislike? Can't think of any dislikes at this point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used this tool to setup company wide OKR and monitor team and individual performance.

What do you like best? Lattice gives you the ability to provide helpful feedback and share great news and stories with colleagues What do you dislike? There is nothing currently that I do not like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gives you the ability to monitor areas of improvement and/or what areas you have excelled in within your role.

Awesome platform for project management
What do you like best? I like it's goal management for 1:1 meeting with manager What do you dislike? I found that it's got a weak feature for task management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using lattice to improve team management.

Perfectly up to date and efficient for what myself and my job needs!
What do you like best? What i love most are the options that Lattice provides as well as the ease of navigation. I also like how I am able to view all departments OKRs and what you goals are and how we plan to achieve them all no one page. What do you dislike? One thing that I slightly dislike is the fact that you can see other employees OKR's. Great Performance Management - Filling the Gap Between Manager and Employee
What do you like best? I like that my manager can modify questions in Lattice in order to ensure that certain topics are covered during our 1:1. This helps to create a certain list of topics to be discussed during 1:1's or team meetings. The integration with Slack also helps me so that I get reminders a couple of hours before a 1:1 is scheduled. What do you dislike?
