Goal Review Platform Does the Necessary
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and how it connects easily with the larger company goals. What do you dislike? Intuitive and actually kind of fun
What do you like best? The UI is tremendously easy to navigate as an end-user. Slack integration is super helpful and sends timely reminders. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Haven't had any experience with admin/analytics features though. I'm also an individual contributor, so my perspective is limited to that (i.e. not management). A great platform to give and receive feedbacks.
What do you like best? Systemic review tool where I could rate a colleague in quantitative (number) and qualitative (comment) means. What do you dislike? Hardly anything so far. (have been using this tool for 2 Qs) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gaining insights of what I come short of and communicating some small issues that're hard to get through in person.

So Easy!
What do you like best? Lattice makes 1:1s so easy! Throughout the week, all talking points can be added and I don't find myself forgetting about all the items that needed to be addressed as it was before. Love it!!!!
What do you like best? I like that it integrates with Slack. When we send public feedback the entire company is able to see it a give their reactions. What do you dislike? The platform is great we just may need more reminders to use it. I only get an alert once a year to do a yearly review. I do not get reminded to post my goals or give a weekly summary. Easy to Use!
What do you like best? Very easy to provide quick feedback, then see feedback from your manager. Intuitive UI and no technical issues at all! What do you dislike? I'd like to see us use Lattice more. Useful tool for giving & receiving feedback
What do you like best? The functionality to share public or private feedback with integrations to our company slack channel. What do you dislike? The goals feature isn't something I find particularly valuable as it hasn't yet been adopted on a team level. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The need to collect and give feedback, track progress and celebrate success .
