Lattice is a must have

What do you like best? Lattice not only makes you reach your goals but also organizes your thoughts and hence the life. It acts like a guide to keep you organized and resourceful. What do you dislike? Learning curve is high, there needs to be some video tutorials. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves the problem of manual evaluation as well gives the direction to a team and individuals.

Overall a great tool for performance tracking and development

What do you like best? It is a helpful in tracking and displaying employee, team, and company OKRs. It's a really good way to give Feedback via the 1:1 feature. It's also handy in running Performance Development Review cycles. The layout is intuitive and easy to use. The clean minimalist-ish look is nice too. What do you dislike? Great Tool for the Multitasker

What do you like best? I love that I can set up my goals for the quarter as well as plan topics of conversations for 1:1 with my Site/Area Managers What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy lattice is to set up any goals i want to achieve! What do you dislike? i try to stay up to date with it. I wish i could set a goal date and have it remind me each day. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would 100%. This app is amazing! What problems are you solving with the product?
