Simple and Effective. We use it for 1:1 and Performance Reviews. The UI is user friendly.

What do you like best? The ability to scroll through all of our employee engagement survey questions makes doing them much easier. The employee feedback surveys are always well laid out and the saving feature is a lifesaver. What do you dislike? Nothing. It does what we need. The layout is great. Quite nice tool to make sure you have a regular feedback loop in your company

What do you like best? When you don't have a culture which encourages people to give feedback it's a nice tool which might be helpful.
