Simple and Effective. We use it for 1:1 and Performance Reviews. The UI is user friendly.

What do you like best? The ability to scroll through all of our employee engagement survey questions makes doing them much easier. The employee feedback surveys are always well laid out and the saving feature is a lifesaver. What do you dislike? Nothing. It does what we need. The layout is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability for our company to give effective feedback.

What do you like best? I really like having the ability to set goals for myself, track those goals, and review my performance in a central place that my management has visibility into as well. Lattice is a Amazing!

What do you like best? Allowing you to better manage your goals and tasks in quarters. Also, others within the company can view and add input on your goals. Great for booting company culture. Quite nice tool to make sure you have a regular feedback loop in your company

What do you like best? When you don't have a culture which encourages people to give feedback it's a nice tool which might be helpful. Great Management software for every industry!

What do you like best? The software has a very friendly interface which in the connection with the value its functions are providing, you will definitely find yourself (as an HR or people's manager) very happy. The system, the hierarchy is super clear to everyone and steps to undertake do not require much of the technical knowledge to master.
