It's hard to imagine going into performance review season without Lattice

Works great
What do you like best? Super easy to leave colleagues reviews. What's awesome is I can choose how someone sees it. I especially like being able to send to the individual and their manager! It's a great documentation tool for when someone does something amazing and I can document it easily! What do you dislike? Great tool to use for managing a team
What do you like best? It is very user friendly and easy to use What do you dislike? Unable to attach photos to 1:1s for examples What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to use and feels like I'm more organized using Lattice instead of google sheets to track progress weekly.

Works Well for Goal Setting
What do you like best? Lattice has been a solid option for setting/updating/completing goals or potential projects etc. Very easy to use and great for keeping goals and reviews in one platform. Professional and Easy to Use!!!
What do you like best? Providing feedback options- public, private and ability to write a note to self. This is exceptionally helpful being in the manager role to assist in providing direct reports timely and actionable feedback! What do you dislike? Everything you need in on place
What do you like best? Very simple to use. Easy navigation to find your department OKR's along with how they are progressing. I can extend a goal of mine over the end date if it's still being worked towards. I can check what's on the agenda for 1x1s along with adding my own What do you dislike?
