Lattice Employee Engagement Survey is easy, quick and awesome
What do you like best? I like the question theme and grouping in the Lattice survey. The overall navigation and reminders are what I feel are quite simple and adequate. What do you dislike? One of the best in class Performance Management tools around!
What do you like best? The Perform module: contains the critical components an employee needs to chart and track performance such as goals, 1:1's and performance reviews. It also contains a public praise mechanism by which our team can provide continuous feedback, routed directly into our shared Slack channel so everyone can see when someone gets props! Great Tool!
What do you like best? I love how my managers are able to respond to the questions I have posed to them as well as add their own comments or questions. The ability to have both private and public comments to wonderful. I am able to leave my managers feedback on how they are doing as well as leave myself a note for something I want to discuss with them at our next meeting. It helps keep me organized. What do you like best? Lattice has integration with Slack. Whenever we give a shoutout to a team member, it will be notified via a Slack channel. Pretty good application especially for reviews
What do you like best? I like the easy to use UI, it is simple and I can start work on it right away What do you dislike? I think there is some scope for more detailed questions and showing the teamwork and hierarchy in more detail What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? concise and simple to use. Best experience. I prefer it to other solutions I have used in the past as it less manual and much more automated. I like the direct messages i get from slack to remind me to complete it as it stops me forgetting and is very efficient. What do you dislike? Not much I dislike - interface is good and smooth.
