What do you like best? Lattice makes it easy to see general progress on overarching goals, as well as drilling down to specific sub-goals, lending it excellently to OKR-format goal tracking. Wonderful interface, great impact

What do you like best? The Lattice interface is incredibly good looking and easy to use. As an employee, I actually enjoy using the software, which is a nice change from many of the other tools I have to use. Functionally, I really appreciate the reminders to set an agenda for one-on-ones with my manager. What do you like best? As a new manager, it makes working with my team on creating and tracking toward goals really easy. I don't have a ton of guidance at my company as we're a small startup, so the help and guidance this feature provides is really helpful for me. What do you like best? Lattice makes it easy to track my progress with my manager and keep me focused on the current tasks at hand. What do you dislike? Currently, I have no issues with Lattice.
