What do you like best? The platform is extremely easy to use. You can set a goal, create benchmarks, and keep track of your progress. What do you like best? The ability to easily provide and receive feedback from my teammates. I also love having clear goals that I can track with my manager. If you can measure something, you can manage it, and Lattice allows the company to measure things at a macro level while allowing employees to measure their progress at a micro level. What do you like best? I like Lattice in that it helps me organize my weekly assignments and tasks and freely comment on them. Similarly, being able to track my progress over time is important as it helps me see my growth, as well as see anything has been holding me back or has consistently been hindering me in any way. What do you like best? Customization of processes! We are able to make this a tool that fits our needs exactly! What do you dislike? Nothing, it's great!
