What do you like best? I love the way Lattice helps me keep track of my individual goals at work. I can separate goals and track progress of each one for the quarter. What do you dislike? Streamlined 1:1 work with my reports

What do you like best? Lattice enabled me to consolidate my notes, agendas and goals for 1:1s with my reports. The feedback functionality is an easy way to provide props in under 60 seconds and have it all recorded in one place. What do you like best? Lattice is a great way for employees to voice their opinions without needing to be put in an uncomfortable position. Lattice provided me with the opportunity to voice my concerns to my manager without requiring me to set up a formal meeting. What do you like best? The best part of this is its a neutral zone for an employee to connect with managers / supervisors. What do you dislike? The questions are like standard. I wish its more open. What do you like best? The workflows and interface in Lattice are much more logically designed than other solutions I've used. You have all the pieces of information you need right at your fingertips. Straightforward steps and email communication on what to do. Plus integration with our single signon, it really made it easy.
