Good easy to use tool for OKRS

What do you like best? Lattice lets you create the goals easily and track them. It provides a good overview of the status of the goals. What do you dislike? Need more integrations like Integrations with JIRA, Asana etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is mainly used in our company for setting and tracking goals quarterly.

What do you like best? It is so easy for my manager and I to conduct one on one's! What do you dislike? At first it was challenging to know which postings were private and which ones were public. Great for creating alignment and visibility with your career manager.

What do you like best? It's been helpful to have a single place to go to discuss career development with my manager. The base functionality built in – goals, metrics, 1:1s, and updates – do a good job covering the way career management works at our company. Really nice way to evaluate individual and company

What do you like best? This is easy and efficient. So nice to be able to have everything in one spot electronically. What do you dislike? I would prefer to have documents accessible such as previous goals, performance reports, etc. Otherwise, this kind of feels like a stream of consciousness. So, I wonder how "scientific" or reliable it is. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for performance reviews.

Employee friendly system working well with remote employees

What do you like best? Lattice is intuitive and user friendly. We use it to track goals over time. We have also used the feature where a manager asks for weekly updates and reports on what we have been working on as well as how we are feeling about work this week. What do you dislike? What do you like best? All the UI are easy to use and buttery smooth What do you dislike?
