Awesome and Easy to use

What do you like best? Allows the employee to take their career development into their own hands What do you dislike? Just took 30 minutes doing a thoughtful review but once i created a login to submit it, i could not navigate back to said review or link the review back to lattice. Easy experience

What do you like best? Using Lattice made the review process so easy! What do you dislike? There is not a mobile version. When using the platform I had quite a few peer reviews to get thru and could only dedicate time while on a desktop. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love how it can just stay out of the way but still be there when it's needed, almost invisible except for when you really need it. My personal favorite feature is the feedback feature. It gives a transparent way to provide and request feedback from my employees. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best thing about Lattice Performance Management has to be the level of engagement that can exist between two individuals. You can remain anonymous if you'd like or allow people to take in your feedback and reflect on it later on. Solid choice for performance/org management

What do you like best? The UI is super clean and easy to use. I really like that feedback, performance management, goals, and the org chart are all in a consolidated place. No excessive emails, and I like that the site makes processes seamless and smooth. What do you dislike? Nothing in particular. I am a relatively new user of the product, though. Using the "Goals" tool is so easy!

What do you like best? I love the simplicity of how easy it is to create and update goals. Our culture at the company I work at focuses on keeping technology simple for the user, and the Lattice's goals tool meets this requirement for us. Employees and managers can go to the goal section any time and easily create new goals or update current ones. What do you dislike? Viewing the org chart is not the smoothest and it would be helpful to easily print a copy of the org chart. ...
