What do you like best? Lattice is a great system that works very intuitively and is a huge value-add for someone using KPIs or OKRs. What do you like best? Lattice makes it seamless to keep track of every step of the way as a manager. I can very easily keep on top of every cycle and it is an easy, intuitive software. What do you dislike? I disliked that there was no limit to how many people could nominate me to review them.
