Clear & Efficient Goal Setting!

What do you like best? It is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day responsibilities of a job but, with Lattice, my short and long-term goals are clear and measurable. Not to mention, the user interface is awesome and easy to navigate! What do you dislike? What do you like best? As an end user, I really like how simple it is to use. It makes doing administrative tasks much simpler. What do you dislike? There really is nothing to dislike. Intelligent, easy-to-use product

What do you like best? Intelligence of the platform balanced with its ease of use, from the UX and structure to tracking of review progress and goals.
