What do you like best? Such ease to save documents in one place. Really a step forward in going paperless. What do you dislike? I've yet to come across a snag in the program. Simple to navigate once you get started. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Giving everyone access to important documents is incredibly helpful. What do you like best? The easy of the entire system. Prior to Laserfiche we would spend countless hours searching through boxes for different documents. Now all we do is enter a keyword and BOOM! What do you like best? The advanced search feature is great. You can search within a folder or text within a document. What do you dislike? The user interface is very plain and not very eye pleasing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a cleaner look and a type head search feature. The benefits of Laserfiche is that it can be accessed on a mobile app.

What do you like best? They have a large market share and were one of the first products we selected as organization for our own ECM needs and the potential to become a VAR. What do you dislike? The biggest issue for us was price and how modular the product was.
