Everything about this product is designed to lock you in to work flows that have to be programmed in and cost exorbitant amounts of moeny to have their teams design them. What do you like best? In my opinion laser fiche is a very robust company and it tends to meet our needs , we always find a solution to the problems and it has excellent use of softwares for different software companies. Laser fiche is a solid ECM product itself. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is a very user friendly software and by using it i had many advantages, and it helped in in different ways for my company. What do you dislike? I don't think it has something to be disliked. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This helped me in managing my documents and records .

Definitely improves workflow in our company

What do you like best? Improved collaboration and workflow and found ECM implementation was simple, elegant and effective. Also was great for reduced paper usage and need for storage space What do you dislike? Small learning curve for lower level employees that we would like to improve. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reliable text searching and we know that we have options for scalability for future needs.

Document storage and processing

What do you like best? It is easy to print documents to Laserfiche and convert to pdf. What do you dislike? The browser client can be clunky, but no complaints wit the desktop client. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Laserfiche for university application documents; Laserfiche allows us to centrally store, sort, and process these documents.

What do you like best? Easy to modify site needs and incorporate changes quickly for all users. What do you dislike? Sometimes if we upgrade I had to re-download entire program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Created an electronic version of hiring and reviewing transcripts for potential faculty. It has steamlined a process that would get mailed to 4 different offices to now a click to approve system.

What do you like best? Laserfiche is user-friendly, provides ways to automate processes and allows records to be maintained and monitored in compliance with our governing retention schedule.
