Laserfiche Improves Workflow and Efficiency

What do you like best? I like how laserfiche helps improve workflow. Scanning and organizing documents with laserfiche is a much more fluid process than other programs I have used. What do you dislike? I would like to see more editing options in the future. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have greater office efficiency. Also organizing scanned items takes much less time leaving more time for other tasks.

Easy and Searchable

What do you like best? It eliminates the need to keep old paper work and makes searching for old invoices very easy. All data is readily available and searching is self explanatory. Very user firendly program and one of the easiest programs to teach anyone to use. What do you dislike? Sometimes the scanner does not read the data correctly, but this happens very rarely. Laserfiche is a great ECM program, very robust.

What do you like best? We went 'paperless' in our office several years ago by deploying Laserfiche. It not only freed up real estate by us being able to eliminate the need for filing cabinets, but it increased our ability and timeliness with finding documents. The search engine is amazing. Laserfiche for Business simplification

What do you like best? Out of the box it is very easy to use and it is very intuitive, but still expansive enough to have additional bells and whistles to make Enterprise Content management easier. What do you dislike? Advanced integration is not always easy, and that can cause problems with expanding the functionality. But you can get it to work, just make take a little more time. What do you like best? I love how Laserfiche helped my client organize their business. They now have the ability to search and find older blueprints, leases and other docs without the hassle of sending someone to their storage unit for hours on end. They are very satisfied. What do you like best? The Laserfiche Quick Fields and Workflow modules which deliver a realistic solution to the labor intensive process of moving paper into an automated electronically retrievable documents.
