What do you like best? Very powerful and intuitive interface. Able to create business workflows to maximize efficiency. What do you dislike? Not a lot to dislike here really. It's powerful enough to do everything we've asked. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Store invoices, contracts. Route documents to departments based on rules.

Laserfiche is cheaper and has a smaller IS/IT footprint

What do you like best? The ability to create my own Forms and business processes! I only depend on IS when I get stuck. There's also a fabulous Laserfiche community (Laserfiche Answers out there willing to assist me solve the more technical or complex issues. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With Laserfiche scanning, storing, filling and emailing documents is much easier than doing it manually. We have huge amount of documents that with Laserfiche we make all these documents more accessible. Powerful ECM program

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? When we started using Lserfiche we have reduced the usage of paper. We don’t use cabinets for storing all our documents, everything is in one place and can be find easily. I love its search engine.
