Company that truly cares about your success after the sale.
What do you like best? I've worked with lots of vendors over my 30 years in IT. They all seem to be your best friend, but once they get paid for their product, you send valuable time just trying to get them to answer the phone or return your calls. Easy to use, amazing results
What do you like best? Laserfiche is a program that allows people who are not IT professionals to learn it easily. If there is a will there is a way. I haven't found anything that Laserfiche couldn't do for us. What do you dislike? I believe the Forms making processes could be easier. I think simple tasks like formatting a telephone number should not take CSS or Java script to make it happen. Lasherfiche BPM Workflow makes tasks easier!
What do you like best? Databases are routed quickly and it makes it easier to manage projects! What do you dislike? So far I haven't tested it enough to find the dislikes! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sets up deadlines and keeps you on track which is always important!

It is excellent for storing documents
What do you like best? I like to focus on a solution in the cloud that makes the application accessible. What do you dislike? I do not like that I have some problems to perform a search and locate the documents according to the information I put in the metadata fields, I can not easily locate what I'm looking for. What do you like best? Decrease overhead costs of paper storage, office space and additional hiring. Streamline operations by automating repetitive, manual processes. What do you dislike? If you do not enter enough information about the Scan, it can be pretty hard to find it later on. Sometimes there are duplicates also. What business problems are you solving with the product? Laserfiche holds archived police reports
What do you like best? I love that I can access old police reports that have been scanned and reserved in Laserfishe. The program keeps record or who viewed the report, which reports I looked up, which reports I printed and I’m able to download and save or email reports from the program. What do you dislike? A great tool to keep everyone on the same page
What do you like best? Being part of a large organization, it can be a challenge to keel everyone on the same page. Seems Old School but is totally with the times.
What do you like best? As soon as you hear Laserfiche you may think "old school' and wonder if they also have a card catalogue (you have to be over 40 to even know what that means. But this is a totally modern way to track records and manage information. We use to it manage long term record keeping and it is very efficient. What do you dislike? Really it is just the name that is a turn off and makes everyone think that it is old, impractical and not a viable solution. Come up with some ...
