It isn't the product, its the support that kills this.

What do you like best? When the software works it does what it is supposed to. What do you dislike? Support is horrible. You can spend days trying to fix a reasonable small issue. They base the fingerprint on hardware. So if you update/change your NIC card the software doesn't work. You will not get any help from them to deactivate and reactivate the product. I'm on my second day without any resolution in sight. They stop responding if you push them. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? The feature I love best is the searching methods. You are able to input so much information that you find exactly what you are looking for without taking too much time. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is that you can only preview pdfs and images.
