What do you like best? It's functionality is amazing. We have been using it for several years, starting with document management and moving into forms and workflows. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transitioning many of our business processes has cut down on time needed for the processes to be completed.

What do you like best? It's simple to use, and it makes my job easier! I'm able to create a workflow and then launch it. It's relatively easy once you learn how to build workflows. Then, it's easy on the end-users to save their documents into Laserfiche and the files get routed to where they need to go. It gives you powerful and helpful automation tools to use

Since all its tools are pretty similar, once you learn how to use one tool, you are bound to learn the functions of the other tools without much problem. We were also able to create solutions for our business practices because of the way its tools can be configured. It is also very secure so we don't have to worry about losing any files or having any other people have access to our files without us knowing. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The challenge of working remotely was greatly reduced because of Laserfiche. We can enroll students online using the Online Student Registration. We can also integrate forms that staff and parents can easily accomplish. What do you like best? Laserfiche has been a lifesaver in these uncertain times with COVID-19. It has allowed us to create forms to collect information electronically that might otherwise be collected in person. We've saved man hours and allowed our employees to work from home using some of the tools Laserfiche provides. What do you dislike?
