PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It uses a single logic for all Laserfiche products. It is awesome how its programs allow you to do pretty much anything. All of it is very user-friendly and easy to use. It also offers great support for beginners who don't have much experience in software. What do you like best? Extremely user friendly. Very, very functional. What do you dislike? There's nothing I dislike - I guess if anything making Forms more functional with more workflow capabilities. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time Off/Overtime requests. Records requests. I have about 13 live. Benefits are less paper and quicker turnaround times.

Laserfiche is a comprehensive system and offers excellent value for money.

What do you like best? Laserfiche is straightforward to implement and easy to learn and use. What do you dislike? The lack of native full integration with Outlook is an issue that is currently only available with a third party add-on. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely consider a subscription of Laserfiche Rio which includes the full features of Forms (workflow) the Laserfiche Connector, Records Management and Web Client. Fantastic Software and Community

What do you like best? The business process and workflow side of the suite. What do you dislike? It can be a tad expensive and I wish there were a home version. In addition, the Administrative documentation is not as flushed out as it should be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating manual processes that save users time. Automatically updating databases with information submitted by customers.

What do you like best? Some of the best features in Laserfiche is the ability to see forms as they go through a business process, who has been assigned tasks in instances and who will be responsible for the next steps. Automatically generated email notifications and communications have helped considerably. What do you like best? The ability to transform our manual and labor intensive processes into digital workflows.
