What do you like best about Laserfiche? Efficient and streamlined, adds time back to your day! What do you dislike about Laserfiche? I think it's always exciting to keep a close eye on new features being released, not a dislike but there is always room for improvement. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Time shortage! The biggest difference I see when Laserfiche is incorporated in processes is that it adds time back.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? I like the flexibility Laserfiche forms has, and having JavaScipt and CSS is a bonus. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? A minor feature that would be nice is allowing workflow to retrieve uploads from Laserfiche Forms. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? All paper-based processes are now digitized. The benefit I have realized is all documents are organized and accessible to the right people.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? I love it for long-term records management. With Laserfiche in place, we were able to receive an exception from the State Archives. Records uploaded to Laserfiche and reviewed for accuracy then became recognized as the original. Paper copies were the duplicates, which we no longer needed to retain. If you invest enough time in planning your desired system environment, Laserfiche can help any company manage its content and easily produce reports, find trends and even produce futures if the correct metadata is available.
