What do you like best about Laserfiche? I like and appreciate that Laserfiche is an end to end solution. It allows for data collection to data deletion once retention has been met. It not only stores documents but allows to collect the data collected to be used in a multitude ways of reporting, analyzing and searching all while removing the need for the physical copy.
