What do you like best about Laserfiche? We like Laserfiche because it is very easy for our end users. They only have to click one button in order to scan into the repository so it's super simple. The system automatically labels, rotates, and organizes the scanned documents which is great. The web interface for Laserfiche is perfect as well so our end users can check on what they scanned in for the day. We use it every single day at 12 locations. What do you like best about Laserfiche? Easy to use, the interface is much like using Windows. Searching for documents is fast and easy. Workflows allow to kick off processes to automate easily. It is the best all-in-one solution. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? You do have to work/keep all documentation inside the Laserfiche system. What do you like best about Laserfiche? That it streamlines the form process so that there are not a lot of "lost" forms going back and forth via email. I use Laserfiche forms mostly. I'm not sure Laserfiche has any competitors. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? The learning curve is high. What do you like best about Laserfiche? I love the fact of no printing that everything is electronic. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? I'm still in the process of learning about Laserfiche, so as of right now no dislikes. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Laserfiche? Allowing employees to sign contracts, handbooks, and general forms using links that can be emailed or accessed via the website has decreased the turnaround time in all departments. "Easy and powerful"

What do you like best about Laserfiche? I have been using Laserfiche and cannot be any happier. Laserfiche cleans up our storage space makes it easy to have documents autodelete when they are no longer in need. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? It is a bit of a pain when starting because you will have to spend a lot of time to store thousands of documents.
