What do you like best about Laserfiche? The user friendly look of the system. It reminds me of a windows explorer window that we all are familiar with. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Currently we are on the legacy version and we are migrating to the latest and greats so I cannot find anyting that I dislike. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? We have alot of processes that are manual and once we migrate to workflow, those process should become seemless.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Low code environment and flexible solutions What do you dislike about Laserfiche? There are some limitations in Workflow. These are usually fixed with custom activities. The lack of a workflow activity to work with group fields is the most frustrating right now. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Modernizing paper process and approvals. Also reducing the need to store paper documents in filing cabinets.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Search feature for open record requests and other requests; mobile app; cloud feature What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Not enough online training / webinars to drill down into bells & whistles of the product What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? record retention, ORR search & retrieval, tracking

What do you like best about Laserfiche? The product is easy to use and training is very minimal. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Sometimes when using the global search it takes awhile. This can be expected though since we have an extremely large amount of data. Recommendations to others considering Laserfiche: Stop printing anything! What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? No more physical filing cabinets makes the office space larger.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche has made finding documents in my organization a breeze. By having so many ways to search a document with just a few key terms or words I can narrow down my options and locate the document I need in seconds. "Powerful ECM system"

What do you like best about Laserfiche? The product is very easy to use. The user interface is clean and is very intuitive. They UI has the choice between a GUI Windows app, or the web version. Right-clicking on the web acts the same as in the Windows app. The other huge benefit is the workflows that can be built. The price for software cost is more tailored to mid-large customers. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche is straightforward to implement and easy to learn and use. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? The lack of native full integration with Outlook is an issue that is currently only available with a third party add-on. What do you like best about Laserfiche? Process Automation and Forms. Creating professional looking forms that utilize field inputs to create automated workflows. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? The Cloud environment does not have the full functionality as the on premise solutions.
