What do you like best about Laserfiche? The customer support is awesome. Support is fast and will help to resolve any issues one may have. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Currently there is nothing that I do not like about Laserfiche. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Capturing data from the public and providing a secure and organized place to store those forms.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? This product allows staff to work where ever and whenever seamlessly. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Requires more IT infrastructure for staff that previously relied on paper. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Remote staff, various administrative offices, shared services all have access to the same documents.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? It's user intuitive, makes things more efficient and they consistently strive to make things better for the consumers. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Sometimes the product offerings are only with monetary purchase. Not the best for government on a limited budget. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Solves us having paper files everywhere and with anyone. Also, speeds up paper processes.

What do you like best about Laserfiche? I like the web based UI which makes it easy for IT to manage and install for every user. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? The search function could be better and I wish that 1 active form could be worked on by multiple people in a team. What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps automate processes, keeping us efficient and helping store information properly.

Combined with Laserfiche Workflow, you're using a powerful tool. We also use Workflow on its own and it has improved efficiency and accuracy. What do you like best about Laserfiche? Laserfiche is filled with lots of tools to help our agency be paperless. It is an excellent tool for document management. What do you dislike about Laserfiche? Can't think of anything that I dislike about the product so far What problems is Laserfiche solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing all of our documents, starting with employee files, cases files, etc.

Making backoffice functions of the Clerk's Office automated while also making our documents available publicly on our portal.
