easy to use, love the legal templates makes everything so easy and strait forward

Good but could be better
Its a good program for tracking rent payments. You need to know about the bank reconciliation report to work the bank account as it does not give a simple balance like Quicken. It would be helpful to be able to put an exact time for emails as 15 minute blocks may not accurately record the exact order things were done.

This is an excellent piece of software
This is an excellent piece of software, it has saved us time and helped us notice that the letting agent had made mistakes.I has really enabled us to organise and not have to be looking things up in different places.The help is a bit basic, however the respond to questions is quick and helpful.
