Excellent property management software
I have found this property management software excellent! Its complex enough to have all the functions I need, and more, but fairly easy to learn to use.The support service has been superb, very quick responses and helped work through issues. Would highly recommend to anyone managing their own portfolios.

Fantastic piece of software for Landlords to manage their property portfolio. I am an accountant who uses it for lots of my clients and it suits perfectly for the needs of any one who wants to manage their own portfolio.

Very happy I chose Landlord Vision!
Intuitive system that makes managing my properties so much easier. I was using spreadsheets in the past but as my portfolio grew I knew I had to find a system that was more user friendly and would save me time. LV does it all! Very happy I made the switch to LV!

A great bit of software for a small portfolios
A great bit of software for a small portfolio. For the price it's a very good, although is lacking in some basic features on the accounting side, so don't be expecting it to be as feature rich as a dedicated accounting software, and be prepared to using workarounds. Although I do not manage my own portfolio, I use this to monitor them and make sure my letting agents are keeping up with safety certs. It's also really handy to see the profitability of each property.

Amazing software for property management
Amazing software for property management, and quite good with the accounting part too.I've been with them for 9 month now, while at the start the software was very limited but they are constantly upgrading and mainly listening to their customers. I would give them a 10 for customer service and a 7 or 8 for actual achievement.It is a very user friendly software too.

I’ve been using the system for a while…
I’ve been using the system for a while now. To be honest I did find it fiddly at first when adding Agent Fees as there are 2 tabs named the same. Also the interface could do with updating. Just aesthetics. It looks a little dated. But all-in-all it’s a great system and has helped me keep on top of my expenses. Also producing an income tax report to give to my accountant is a breeze!

A great product that is continuously…
A great product that is continuously evolving and improving. If you think something is missing then just create a ticket for it and see if it gets voted up as a good idea. I have 3 different portfolio with multiple houses and it handles them all nicely. I've not seen a better product out there for UK properties. I'm happy to recommend it.
