Useful property management software

Excellent product especially now with open banking feature . Can track and record all items needed to manage a successful property portfolio. Tax report particularly useful. Further reporting functionality needs to be developed and I struggle a bit with understanding credit refund. Apart from that I am really satisfied with the software . I have been using it for over 2 years .

This is a well established landlord property management software. I have been using it for over 2 years now. It covers all the essentials however, no software is 100% for everyone. A major gap for this software is lack of VAT. Commercial property can be setup and managed on a basic level but is not as comprehensive as the residential. So far it seems to be quite comprehensive, but it's a steep learning curve. Until recently I've just kept some spreadsheets, and after a few years I have these honed to be quick and easy to fill in.For example, I copy a template sheet each year, and that has all the standard entries (mortgage payments, rent in, etc) all grouped together. So a couple of times a year, I can just go down the sections and fill in the details. After the year end, I can sort everything by date and see all the ...
