The Survey and Feedback software was designed to monitor the users experience as they use the software. This is done by asking open-ended questions and capturing answers as well as the users opinion on what they just did. Questions also include rating systems and multi-choice responses. The surveys are designed to take no more than a minute and in that time a user will be able to provide enough information for us to design an experience that will meet our customers needs.
