We implemented Kudos about a month before the Coronavirus shutdown, and while the launch period was fun, I feel the value really has shown while our staff have been decentralized, with many working at home and others at branches. Most companies dont have anything like this, it may seem silly but this whole system really helps and makes me feel a lot more appreciated and like anything I do makes a difference.
