"Great Program To Crowdsource Employee Recognition"
What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a fantastic program to democratize employee and team member recognition. It democratizes recognition by allowing anyone in the organization to recognize a team member for going above and beyond the status quo. "Kudos is a great option to show appreciate to co-workers and managers on a public scale."
What do you like best about Kudos? acknowledging co-workers in the platform and being able to share out why and how they have been helpful on a public scale. The additional sub categories when sending someone kudos acknowledging them more is cool. What do you dislike about Kudos? no complaints it fully serves its purpose. If i had to choose something to change, it would be the freedom to always choose the amount of points you want to give with each badge. Some the badges reflect more of ...
