What do you like best about Kudos? A company-wide ability to reward and recognize personnel What do you dislike about Kudos? Retrieving rewards points is confusing for a number of personnel. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Delivering company-wide messages and alerts in a timely manner that are easily available to review at a later date..

What do you like best about Kudos? My favorite part about kudos is the fact that it encourages agents to do their best. To be able to receive and redeems kudos rewards. What do you dislike about Kudos? The only thing i don't like is that you can't edit how many kudos you'd like to send. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are being able to reward my coworkers when I notice they're doing a great job.

What do you like best about Kudos? I feel it offers each person a bit of instant gratification and recognition. What do you dislike about Kudos? Kudos was helpful because I could reach out. The bad is not being able to customize it more and to much like Facebook. I truly feel a better connection for coworkers that don't work in the same state.

What do you like best about Kudos? It's a great tool to improve the engagement in teamworks and very helpful for strengthen the cordiality and relationships with them. The app improved their design and usability in the last update and that was very good. Now is easier to use and understand.
