What do you like best about Kudos? Great platform to recognize vital behaviors with employees. It has been incorporated into our scorecards for our KPIs which helps create a culture of gratitude, recognition and awarding brand values and behaviors. What do you like best about Kudos? Ability to support my teammates and show my appreciation. It's also fun to see how many point you earn and pick out a prize. I like how the prizes tell you how many points you need in order to achieve it. Additionally, I like the different notifications such as employees birthdays. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a great yet still professional way to interact with your co-workers and learn a little more about everyone. It shows who's been doing what and is viewed as a big family. This is important especially when it's so many agents and your probably never going to be able to meet everyone.
