What do you like best about Kudos? I love the ability to recognize my coworkers and to receive recognition from them. It makes you feel good when others show their appreciation for your work. What do you like best about Kudos? The thing I like most about kudos is it allows all employees to interact, appreciate, congratulate and uplift other coworkers across the world without ever meeting. What do you like best about Kudos? They encourage recognition and make employees feel appreciated for their daily efforts. Don't wait for a person to fly a missile before we celebrate them, even the day to day tasks executed well must be celebrated. What do you dislike about Kudos? When kudos are used for the wrong reasons, shared among friends on an arrangement. I also hate the fact that they do not extend to the contracted teams we work with on a regular bases.
