What do you like best about Kudos? I like being able to recognize co-workers for the hard work they do, e having them be rewarded with points to redeem What do you dislike about Kudos? It takes so long to save up points to redeem What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems solved: acknowledging hard work without having to spend my own money. Benefits are the many different cards you can redeem.

What do you like best about Kudos? We all like to hear affirmations of good work done and this platform provides that. What do you dislike about Kudos? There's not much to dislike, other than the potential of being able to get monetary exchanges. It's not so much problem solving that we do with kudos, more so team support and building rapport among colleagues.

I wish I could have it default to my department & birthdays (or whatever combo I'd like) rather than "all company" & "all posts". It's easy enough to change, but birthdays for my department would be the one I'd want most frequently and it's an extra step to change that every time so I don't look at it very often. What do you like best about Kudos? I think social game elements are what I like the most. It allows creating a challenging atmosphere across the team. It also promotes these players whos are active on the inter-team level. What do you dislike about Kudos? Almost nothing, but what I would like to see is the ability to spend points between more than one colleague.
