What do you like best about Kudos? As a member of a remote team, I love having the ability to recognize people on the team in a more tangible way than simply saying something. It's nice having a way to shout-out awesomeness to the whole team as well. It's nice getting a the email letting you know about a new Kudo, especially when you don't expect it. What do you like best about Kudos? I like the variety of prizes that Kudos offers when redeeming your points. There is surely something for everyone with the large diversity of redemption locations. What do you dislike about Kudos? The points expire every month so they cannot be reclaimed and then go to waste :( I wish there was some way to get back the points that were forgotten and weren't redeemed.
