What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is an easy-to-use, flexible platform that allows our teams to share feedback and send rewards to recognize good work. What do you dislike about Kudos? Kudos cannot be sent to one person more than once in a month, limiting some recognition. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos helps build team cohesion and gratitude. It provides a forum for feedback and recognition.

"Great Tool for Employee Recognition"

What do you like best about Kudos? Excellent tool to reward and recognize employees and put a bit of incentive for high performers outside of basic appreciation notes. I enjoy this tool both as a leader who recognizes employees as well as an employee who has been recognized through it. I particularly enjoy the monetary value associated with the notes. "Kudos Upgrade has been better"

What do you like best about Kudos? A lot of improvement has been made in terms of incorporating most of the pc features into the handset platform. I get to view almost all other content in the More Tab, which saves me from needing to go to the PC to complete specific tasks. That's convenient. What do you dislike about Kudos? I really like the app, still, the inclusion of gifs is a plus. Even a larger copy of the some emojies showing kudos concepts can still be included. And yes, some memes ...

What do you like best about Kudos? That it helps promote good work and incentivizes employees to provide their best work. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not much to dislike at all! It works flawless for me! What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps solve recognition, giving recognition to employees is vital for moral and helps complete that!

What do you like best about Kudos? Being a UK arm of an American firm, UK staff are not generally good at compliments! Using KUDOS has enabled us to praise each other and give rewards. "Great platform for showing appreciation to team members and other staff! Great reward system!"

What do you like best about Kudos? Getting kudos from different staff members has been my favorite feature so far. The rewards system is also good too! Lots of choices for redeeming points for cards. What do you dislike about Kudos? Not enough ways to get or earn kudos points. Need a better way to earn kudos points besides gifting at certain periods. Maybe daily challenges or contests can help.
