What do you like best about Kudos? Ease of use and accessibility via multiple devices. Kudos has a lovely user interface for both web and mobile versions, making navigation very easy, even for new users to the software. What do you dislike about Kudos? Inputting names while using the mobile version could be difficult. Depending on the screen size of the device, the names suggested are blocked-off by the keyboard pop-up. What do you like best about Kudos? Accessibility! Kudos is one of the easiest apps to access and use to it's potential. What do you like best about Kudos? Being able to recognize people in the moment for wonderful help. What do you dislike about Kudos? It takes me a while to find the site on my desk top. Also it would be good if we could message the people back who gave us Kudos within the message they send. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos is a great morale booster. It lets you know you made a differance to someone immediately. I think it helps with focus on tasks.

What do you like best about Kudos? I really enjoy getting to let me co-workers they are doing a great job, all other coworkers get to see it and help encourage them as well. I also like to hear from my coworkers about what I am doing well. Of course the reward is not only encouragement but you also get money to go along with it that can be spent on so many things!
