"Great tool for morale and recognition"

What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is very easy to use and navigate and it is intuitive. I like that you can view recent 'Kudos' given across the entire company. I also like the summary report that is provided my email. I've worked at companies where they did not have a tool such as this in place so great to have something to stir up appreciation. The limited choices for how many points can be awarded. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: Use as often as possible and use points before the month ends.
