What do you like best about Kudos? I love that Kudos provides a continuously rewarding feeling when something at work goes right. From the recognition to the physical gifts, I love it! What do you dislike about Kudos? There isn't much to dislike but having to pay the taxes on the product would be the one downside that comes to mind. What do you like best about Kudos? Work can get busy at times. I like the ability to use the app outside of the office. What do you dislike about Kudos? I am not a fan of having to go to the head office to retrieve the rewards, I would like them to be mailed to my home address instead. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: I highly recomend using kudos to boost morale. It is a quick, and easy way to show appreciation and acknowledge hard work. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a great platform to celebrate success on your team and in your company. It adds value and recognition that may otherwise be ignored. What do you dislike about Kudos? I do not have any dislikes. I think this is a fantastic platform. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are that everyone in your company can see what employees go above and beyond. It can add value to an employee that may be up for a promotion.
