What do you like best about Kudos? I love that as employees we get rewarded with gift options that are either practical to our everyday activities or products that someone may not be able to afford but can get it through recognition. e.g laptops, smart watches. Kudos are a win win! If you don't give them out, you'll lose them at the end of each month, so it encourages employees to recognize their teammates daily.They are free to give but adds up to a lot of cool rewards. The ability to reward your coworkers when they do good deeds.I feel that it is a good way to recognize them and it provides them with gifts for themselves or for others. What do you like best about Kudos? You can do group kudos rather than single messages. I also like that you can do private vs public. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? I really enjoy the company wide platform. From praise to a job well done or gratitude for thoughtfulness. It really boosts company and personal moral in a way I have never seen before. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wish there were more customization options. What do you like best about Kudos? I like how easy Kudos is to use, to reward friends, and to collect your rewards. It is an excellent way to spread appreciation to people who helped you out, and a great way to encourage collaboration. It's a wonderful incentive.
