The use of NLP concept to identify the provided details in the chatbot was the best part which i experienced while learning the development and deployment of chatbot. What do you like best about Kore.AI? Platform with great functioning components. Simplified in ground level for the developer to handle each function. Everything arranged systematically which provides perfect support. What do you dislike about Kore.AI? Sometimes bot builder platform (strucks) doesn't work suddenly. A Proper Loader can be implemented while fetching the response in the bot to achieve great user experience where it takes time to load the response. Would be helpful if care ...
