What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert drastically improves productivity in cold calling. The AI parallel dialer can quickly increase my daily output of calls by a factor of 10. What do you dislike about Koncert? I haven't yet found any features I dislike. All features are intuitive and user-friendly. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Koncert helps me make more calls in a day- simple as that.

What do you like best about Koncert? As an sdr leader, you know there aren't many levels to pull to increase meeting output drastically. With Koncert, you can see 3x or more phone call activity which leads to increased meeting results What do you dislike about Koncert? Nothing, I love Koncert. What do you like best about Koncert? Koncert's speed, integrations, and UI are in the top tier of dialers. We saw an ROI in 30 days and our new issue is having too many new meetings too fast. Customer Support has helped us out when we have had issues. Our AE has stayed in contact well passed the sale to ensure everything is going smoothly which is a very nice touch. What do you like best about Koncert? I love how straightforward Koncert is to use. Very easy to get started and very easy to reach people and make notes to follow up with people I've spoken to. Plus it integrates with a lot of the tools we already use in our tech stack so it has integrated seamlessly in that way too.
